Coaching Stipends
Menlo-Atherton High School Athletics
Our Objective
Attract coaches who desire to make a difference in the lives of their students.
Our Second Initiative is Coaching Stipends
Coaches' impact extends well beyond the sports arena, shaping young athletes' character, skills, and future opportunities.
As public school funding is often limited, the sports programs lack sufficient funding to pay competitive market rates for coaching staff.
$100 Hats hopes that every athlete who wants to participate in high school athletics is able to receive an appropriate level of coaching regardless of their financial position.
